This project is an experiment in new materials. Using biodegradable ingredients, such as flour, cotton and Galentine, a new material was formulated that could be used as lampshade. This new material produced lampshades are hard but have good light transmission, and have cracks to transmit light, showing a very interesting texture. I used a lot of waste in the process, such as using plastic water bottles as molds and cans to make the base of the lamp.
