bio cephlic structures
Bio-printable pastes composed entirely of biodegradable materials sourced from nature and waste streams. We have been utilizing raw materials like corn starch, sawdust recycled from woodshops, oyster shells collected from Red Hook, milkweed gathered from Brooklyn neighborhoods, and natural dye extracts from Pratt's dye garden. We aim to find diverse bio-materials in the surrounding environment that can be combined into durable, eco-friendly printing media. By operating robotic arm printing systems, we can efficiently fabricate with these bio-pastes in an energy, labor, material, and time-saving manner.
